The last week has been very slow in terms of showings. What do I mean by this? I have several listings and can monitor the level of buyers by seeing how many showings I get in the course of a week. When I have a lot of showings on my listings, there is buyer activity. Also, I compare my numbers to centralized showing service reports that also help me determine what the market activity is doing.
Inclement weather and holidays typically have a strong impact on showings.
