Of the 45 million mortgages in the United States....
- .99% of them are in a foreclosure status
- 6.35% of them are in default (at least 30+ days late)
- 6.7 million distressted properties (owners are in default or foreclosure)

Of those that are in danger of foreclosure, only 2 of 8 will seek assistance from a Realtor.
